San Juan, PR – Under the motto “Empowering Investment,” the eighth edition of the Puerto Rico Conference 2020 will be held Wednesday, February 26th, at the Sheraton Hotel in San Juan.
The event, organized by The Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, brings together industry entrepreneurs, investors, and the general public to discuss the current state of the economy, and learn about new investment opportunities on the island.
Jason Borschow, Abarca’s CEO, will present in a discussion panel on the topic, “High Impact Entrepreneurial Development in Puerto Rico.” The group will be moderated by Gabriel Hernández, Managing Partner of BDO Puerto Rico. Fellow industry leaders will join him including Dr. Ubaldo Córdova Figueroa, EVP at the University of Puerto Rico; James Connor, CEO at Acrecent Financial; Dolmarie Méndez, CEO of Abartys Health; Dr. Richard Shinto, CEO of InnovaCare Health Solutions and President & CEO of MMM Holdings; and Juan Bauzá Bayrón, Economic Development Representative PR & USVI, and member of the U.S. Economic Development Administration.
