Washington, DC — Trusted Health Plan (THP), a Medicaid managed healthcare organization serving members in Washington, D.C., today announced it has entered into a new, multi-year partnership with Abarca to provide pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions driven by Abarca’s advanced, fully integrated technology platform, Darwin.

Abarca’s technology platform, Darwin, is cloud-based, mobile ready, and integrates claims processing, pharmacy network, prior authorizations, clinical programs, Medicaid compliance, and other critical work streams into a single, fast, seamless interface. Abarca’s member portal will provide THP members with access to their benefits, claims history, and other information on a platform that is as easy to navigate as any popular online consumer site.
